What type of organizations do you work with?

We work exclusively with campaigns and organizations mobilizing people from the bottom-up to change politics and transform our communities. Often these organizations have multiple entities, such as:

- 501c3’s 501c4’s, LLC’s or
- PAC’s, campaign committees, or 527’s

How do you price your services?

We work on a monthly retainer based on the scale, volume, and complexity of your organization(s).

What payroll and benefits services do you provide?

We set up, manage, and close down full payroll and employer benefit systems, including but not limited to: payroll, federal and state tax, health, dental, vision, life insurance benefit plans, 401K plans, and workers compensation insurance.

(Note: We are not insurance brokers, but we work with a variety of insurance brokers to get you the best plans for your organization)

Do you offer fiscal sponsorship? Do you help organizations spin out of fiscal sponsorship?

We love to help organizations achieve financial & operational independence by leaving their fiscal sponsor, and frequently perform spin-out services.

At this time, we do not offer fiscal sponsorship.

Do you work with organizations that are currently fiscally sponsored?

Yes! Often fiscal sponsors do not provide adequate financial reporting for their groups. We assist organizations in understanding their financial reports and ensuring they know their cash balances, and where their money is going.

In certain circumstances, we will liaise directly with the fiscal sponsor as outside experts.

Do you file tax returns? Do you perform reviews or audits?

We source, vet, and manage the relationship between external independent CPA firms, that perform audits, reviews, and tax filings. We do not file tax returns directly with the IRS.
